Even though the Dust has settled Many in YTB are still not aware of the growing problems thier company is facing. My heart goes out when I get phone calls from YTB reps that lost major travel clients because of these problems. I had one person lose an $11,000 booking with Royal Caribbean. The Client wanted that specific trip and booked direct with the company. Fortunately they were able to recover the commission when they joined Traverus even though the trip was already booked.
